Cooking has been in my life since I was a small girl at the knee of my mother, who both loved to bake and who ran her own small catering business.  Childhood was spent wandering country lanes, picking wild fruit and experiencing the joy of turning simple, fresh ingredients into something delicious.  Nature, foraging and cooking with the seasons are all passions which I have passed onto my own children.  Motherhood led me on a path away from the profession of teaching art and instead I poured my creativity into my fledgling catering business.  My business is now entering its 13th year.  I am surprising myself as I type this. How time has flown!

 

My love of creating something special is undiminished. Whether it be a small, personalised picnic for a special occasion, to a dinner party reuniting friends or a wake to celebrate a life well lived.  Each occasion provides an opportunity to connect with people and discover how I can play a small part in helping to make their day memorable. Each event is unique in its own way and for that reason I always prefer to chat through customer's wishes personally and tailor menus to suit.
